D-Charge App and Website Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how D-Charge Energy Efficiency Ltd. (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) collects and processes data that we collect from individuals:
who access and use our website available at: https://dynamic-charging.co.il/ (respectively “Website” and “Visitors”); and
users who have installed and are interacting with the D-Charge end-user mobile application and the services provided via the App and the Website (respectively “App”, “Users”, and “Services”);
Each of the Visitors and Users shall also be referred to herein as “you”.
Definitions used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the D-Charge End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
During your use of the Website or the App, we collect certain types of information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort be used to identify an individual (“Personal Data”).
You are not obliged by law to provide us with any Personal Data and any provision of your Personal Data is subject to your own will and consent. However, if you refrain from providing such data, we may not be able to provide all of our Services to their full extent. By using the App or the Website you confirm the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTION OF NON-PERSONAL DATA
We may collect aggregated, non-personal, and non-identifiable information which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Website or App (“Non-Personal Data“).
Also, we may sometimes process and anonymize or aggregate personal data and identifiable information in a manner that shall create a new set of data that will be Non-Personal Data.
Non-Personal Data may be used by us, and/or third parties with whom we may share such data, without limitation and for any purpose, including for commercial, research, product or service improvement, or statistical purposes, without further notice to you. Such Non-Personal Data may similarly be collected, used and shared by the App Operator.
THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
When you use the Website, the App and/or the Services, we may collect or process the following types of Personal Data on you:
● Identity Data includes your first, last name, ID number, password, address, car type, parking space, etc.
● Contact Data includes your email address and telephone number.
● Payment Data includes your payment card information and data relating to your charges and payments.
● Usage Data includes information about how you use or interact with the App, the Website and/or the Services (such as, when you entered the Website and/or App, how long you stayed on the Website and/or a specific page on the Website, actions performed in the App or Website, etc.).
● Technical Data includes online identifiers (e.g., your IP address, advertising ID, IDFA, internet service provider name), information on the device and software that you are using to access the Website or App (e.g., your device type, web browser type and device operating system), and approximate geographical location (country).
● Charging Data includes data that is collected from your charger: when you plug in and plug out your vehicle into the charger; the amount and rate of energy provided to your vehicle by the charger, etc.
● Additional Inquiry Data includes additional information that you may provide when you contact us or when you sign up for any of our services, and any information that you may upload or input into the App.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
● Direct interactions. When you contact us, or otherwise provide your Personal Data directly to us, you may be asked to provide us with your Identity Data, Contact Data and Payment Data so that we can provide our Services to you, respond to your questions or requests or otherwise contact you. You may also provide Additional Inquiry Data in such instances.
● Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with the Website, the App and/or the Services, we automatically collect Technical Data, Usage Data and Charging Data. We collect this data by automated means, including cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.
● Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive Technical Data and Usage Data about you from third parties, such as Usage Data, Technical Data and Charging Data that we receive from the App Operator, and Technical Data and Usage Data that we may receive from analytics providers, and from advertising and marketing partners.

Below is a description of the ways we use your Personal Data:
● to enter into a contract or to perform a contract with you – to provide our Services to you via the Website and/or App, and to allow you to use the App, including making payments;
● to calculate the cost of charging so we can bill you for the relevant services;

● for marketing purposes, to deliver relevant and personalized content to you, send service messages (for example, for security purposes) and to measure or understand the effectiveness of our marketing efforts;

with our professional advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants) to the extent necessary for the provision of their services to us;

DATA RETENTION

In order to use the Website or the App, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our Website and App are not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18.

When you approach us as a parent or legal guardian, we may request that you provide certain information needed to confirm your identity, in order to prevent malicious removal of account information.
